Todd Hines
NXUM Group Partner
Todd is a founding partner of NXUM Group, where he leverages over three decades of experience in consumer products, operations, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and investment opportunities.
Todd began his career as Director of Licensing at Logo Athletic, later becoming a divisional president at Tultex Corp. (NYSE: TTX) following its acquisition by Reebok. In 1995, he founded H3 Sportgear, which became the nation's leading headwear and accessories provider, securing licenses for over 80 brands and supplying major retailers including Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Nordstrom.
Entrepreneurial Track Record:
- H3 Sportgear (Founded 1995): Built into nation's leading headwear and accessories provider. Secured licenses for over 80 brands. Supplied Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Nordstrom. Twice named Target's Supplier of the Year. Sold to Milestone Capital.
- Wild Sports (Founded post-H3): Dominated licensed outdoor games and furniture market. Achieved over 80% market share. Acquired by Mason Wells in 2017.
- Mulinaro Motorcars: High-end auto dealership. Generated $55 million in first year. Acquired by SAH (NYSE) in 2021, rebranded as Tactical Fleet.

Bo Hines
NXUM Group Partner
Bo is the Chief Executive Officer of Tether US, leading the company's U.S. operations and regulatory strategy as it integrates stablecoin technology into traditional finance. Before joining Tether, Bo served as Executive Director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets, where he helped shape national policy and regulatory frameworks for blockchain and digital finance.
A founding partner of NXUM Group, a financial innovation and investment firm, Bo took a sabbatical from the company during his public service tenure.
With expertise spanning law, financial regulation, and digital asset governance, Bo continues to bridge institutional finance and emerging technology, positioning Tether US at the forefront of responsible innovation in the global digital economy.

Gary Dennis is a seasoned marketer, entrepreneur, and certified angel and growth investor with over 30 years of experience driving innovative solutions in product and service commercialization.
He is a founding partner of NXUM Group, a consulting and strategy firm, and an equity partner at VA2, a private equity platform focused on startups. Gary began his career in media arbitrage, rising from an employee to partner and CEO, where he helped drive success for brands like National Geographic, Rolling Stone, Better Homes & Gardens, and Men's Journal.

Nav Singh

Nav Singh is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate and structured finance, spanning both investment and operational leadership. He has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, and Guggenheim Partners, managing portfolios from several billion to over $200 billion across asset classes.
As Chief Investment Officer of NXUM Group, Nav leads investment strategy, deal structuring, and capital deployment across AI, energy, and digital finance sectors. Beyond institutional finance, he built and scaled a consumer products company to a $50 million valuation within three years and continues to develop ventures in blockchain and AI, driving innovation in financial and legal infrastructure.

Angus Aronstein

Mr. Aronstein began in 2014 at Oak Financial Group in Stamford, Connecticut, where he was a research analyst and member of the investment team covering macroeconomic research and manager due diligence across equity, fixed income, credit and alternatives.
In 2015, he moved on to become an analyst at HHR Asset Management (formerly Hintz & Holman), a long-short equity hedge fund where he focused on the TMT, internet and software sectors.
Since 2021, he has served in a number of investment capacities through his investment advisory firm, Kedgwick Advisory, and from 2024-2025 served as the Head of Product at Skylark AI.
